How do I stop invisible creatures?

I have a problem where I can hear creatures that are not there, climbing on the the wall and ceiling and even leaving urine tracks. The problem is I don’t know what I can use to fight about them, or it. At night it keeps taking off my masks at night and causing me morning sicknesses in my throat. I tried plenty of types of masks, full head, strap around head, and normal disposables. I sleep too hard. It patronizing me all day, getting into the cabinets I is put child proofing and magnets on, but just uses me when I go to use them, and I can’t see it, only hear it and try to swat or spray insect killer. It chews through caps for the water, I keep in the refrigerator, glosses iver condiments, and claw marks show up in some come food. I have live and dead traps even pest control I am bound to use for it being an apartment doesn’t help. It messes with my REM state as well like pestering just enough as soon as I begin to fall asleep that my body aborts and I get terribly tired. Things like touching me or flying by and stealing my breath right under my nose. I have tried everything I could think of, I think it has been happening a lot longer than I know, lile an external infection. If anyone has any ideas I am ready to try anything. I’ve asked it nicely yo go away and/or leave me alone. It doesn’t work. It’s been an absolute living nightmare that follows me from place to place. I saw what looks like a sugar glider twice, and only caught a mouse in the live trap. One flea as well. But there appears to be a ton of vision obstructions flying around. I had a bug tennis racket that seemed to work momentarily, sparking off of something until not so much. Fleas can be a huge roof-hold problem if not every hair animal under the roof is treated from what I remember. I am going to go shop for fogger guns, something controlled and not a fogger bomb, it would leak to other apartments no doubt. Myself, I think I am immune from turning invisible, I think it is trying but just doesn’t get it. The immunity comes with you’ve had it, but I have not, it would be a parent who did.

First off I’m sorry that you are having this issue and I know it wears on the body, mind and soul. Anything I say please do not take the wrong way. You did ask for help and are willing to try anything.

First try finding a good psychiatrist. One that you have to show up at the office and be there in person. If they can do a bloodwork up of some kind it might help to know if you have an imbalance. If the psychiatrist won’t then ask your doctor. I had a friend that if her lithium levels were off then she would get into a fight for little things and black out afterwards. Do bloodwork up of hormones and chemical bloodwork up. Do bloodwork up before using a sleep aid as the sleep aid can sometimes trigger other issues. It sounds like you are carrying a lot on your shoulders. I did read that you use a machine for apnea and I know sleep deprivation does not help with what you’re seeing, hearing, and feeling. This can amplify things.

If you are eating a lot of processed foods stop. They are not good. Eat healthier and exercise. I know you said you live in an apartment building but if you can do the stairs for exercise. It will help.

I pray you find peace. Please take care of yourself.
