I think I’m having terrors. I’ve had nightmares since I was a child but these are different. I thrash & scream & sometimes I’m in pain after because I kick my legs so hard. Sometimes more than one a night & even morning. I never know what they are about but I also have “visitors” sometimes. I sense them around me & some get in my face, try to touch or just “fly by.” For some reason I feel these came about after hip surgery tho I’ve had horrible nightmares way before that.its really starting to scare me.
That sounds really scary. I’ve experienced vivid dreams like that too.
