I wake up at 510am every morning like an alarm in my head is going off no matter what time I go to sleep. Im trying to go to bed by 9pm every nite but there are many distractions that keep me awake or wake me up. I need suggestions on how to get to sleep at the same every night. Also is 5 or 6 hours enough for a 44 year old female. I workout everyday and run 3 miles everyday with my dogs and I still am not getting enough sleep! When I do get 7 hours of sleep I feel like a brand new me and really want 7 hours every nite. Should I see my PCP about this?
