My son is 9 months and all of the sudden refuses to nap longer than 30 minutes. I don’t know what to do. Has anyone been through this? How do I get him to sleep longer?

This is so tough. Sorry you’re going through this! It could be that your little one isn’t actually tired enough to need a full nap. My first recommendation would be to up their wake windows so you’re sure that sleep pressure has built enough for them to get a full nap. Even after a short nap, be sure they have a full wake window so you’re not perpetuating the cycle.

Come back to this thread if this doesn’t work after a week or two and we can chat through more options.
