I have been waking up, wide awake at approximately 3 a.m. daily for weeks. Needless to say, I have no problem falling asleep at night. I have been trying to stay up until 10, but am exhausted by then. Sometimes I have to get a quick nap of 15 mins. I have cut caffeine out, almost completely. I have been trying light therapy but am confused as to when I should expose myself to bright light so that I will sleep later.
