Hi. I’m new to the group and this has probably been discussed many times before, but I’ve been waking up at 3 am for about 2 years now, and have tried many things to resolve it (supplements, morning exercise, breathing exercises, diet changes) but nothing has worked. I’m hoping to find someone who has experienced something similar and hopefully hear what they did to resolve it. Thanks.

I too suffer from 3 am wakeups. Two things help me avoid those: no fluids after 4 pm and getting at least 45 min of cardio exercise during the day that boosts my heart rate into the anaerobic zone for several minutes. There are sleep aids that work too such as Zzzquil Ultra but those are bad for you and I don’t recommend them.
