Best earbuds for side sleepers - Which one is best?

Hello everyone

I really need honest opinions from people who have actually used earbuds for side sleeping. I’ve wasted money before on products that looked great online but failed in real use—uncomfortable after an hour, painful when sleeping on my side, poor battery life, or earbuds that kept falling out during the night. I’m trying hard not to repeat that mistake.

This time, I did my homework. I checked major review sites, comparison blogs, Reddit threads, and sleep-focused forums. Across all of them, two products kept coming up repeatedly:

Ozlo Sleepbuds
https://www.amazon.com/dp/Ozlo-Sleepbuds/B0DJB1ZL8V?th=1
Soundcore Sleep A20
https://www.amazon.com/Soundcore-SleepA20-Sleep-Earbuds/dp/B0CRGR2TS5?th=1

I’m not promoting anything—I genuinely need advice from people with real, firsthand experience.

All three options seem well-reviewed and offer solid features. The Ozlo Sleepbuds appear to be purpose-built for sleeping, with an ultra-low-profile design, excellent comfort for side sleepers, and long battery life. The Soundcore Sleep A20 is also getting a lot of positive feedback for its comfortable fit, sleep sounds, and overall value

Because I’m a side sleeper and regularly use white noise, relaxing music, or audiobooks before bed, I need something that’s:

  • Comfortable all night (especially for side sleeping)

  • Slim enough that it doesn’t press against the pillow

  • Effective at blocking or masking outside noise

  • Reliable battery life for a full night’s sleep

  • Durable for long-term, nightly use

  • Easy to use and maintain

If you’ve used any of these earbuds, or if you know a better option for the best earbuds for side sleepers in the same price range, I’d really appreciate your input. I’m trying to make a smart purchase this time and avoid wasting money again.

Thanks so much for your help—I truly appreciate any real-world experiences you can share.
