Chronic sleep deprivation

i have been sleeping for almost 5 hrs everyday since july up until december rn. im a busy person so sometimes im forced to stay up longer. im worried about irreversible side effects from this. any tips on how to reverse any damage caused? like brain puzzles, memory games, ….

also i will be focusing more on time management to get in more sleep hours

I feel you. Sleep hygiene is very important. Keep regular hours. Try meds, Unisom. Don’t look at screens an hour before bed.
