Do Light machines help

What are the best light machines for in-home use?

I have had two sleep studies, do not have sleep apnea, but was diagnosed with paradoxical insomnia after the last study. I have tried many medications and none of them have helped significantly. Most recently, Trazadone, Amitriptyline, and most recently was prescribed Clonazepam, which can be addictive and the first pill I took didn’t make much difference. I also have done CBT-I prior to my first sleep study and I go to bed around 9-9:15 most nights, no caffeine after lunch, no TV or devices after around 10, no alcohol, no sugar after 6ish. I am wondering if a light machine might be of any help. Also, I will try to get more consistent exercise. I don’t have anxiety or depression.
