Do Shoulder Relief Pillows Actually Help With Morning Stiffness?

Lately, I’ve been waking up with really stiff shoulders, especially on my dominant side, and it’s starting to affect my mornings. I’ve tried stretching, adjusting my sleep position, and even switching mattresses, but nothing seems to make a lasting difference.

I keep hearing about shoulder relief pillows and how they’re supposed to support proper alignment and reduce pressure while sleeping. Has anyone tried them?
