My Sp02 levels drop to between 90 and 94 during sleep since my Fitbit started recording it in December 2024. I just learned how to read this part of the app and was concerned about the results. Especially the 90 and 91 readings. Is this norma? Should I see y doctor?

Hi, Thank you for sharing your story! Noticing your SpO2 levels dipping to 90-94% during sleep can definitely feel worrying. While some variation during sleep is normal, consistently low readings like 90 or 91% are worth paying attention to. It’s a good idea to check in with your doctor about these numbers. They can help determine if further testing or treatment is needed and give you peace of mind.
Remember, you’re doing the right thing by staying aware of your health. If you notice symptoms like feeling unusually tired during the day, waking up gasping, or shortness of breath, make sure to share that with your doctor too. Take care, and don’t hesitate to ask if you have more questions or need support!
