Has an Ergonomic Pillow Improved Your Sleep Quality?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been struggling with poor sleep quality for months — waking up with neck stiffness, tossing and turning throughout the night, and feeling unrested in the morning. I’ve read that ergonomic pillows can help with spinal alignment and overall comfort, but before I invest in one, I wanted to hear from real people:

Has an ergonomic pillow made a noticeable difference in your sleep?

Specifically, I’m curious about:

  • Did it reduce neck or shoulder pain?
  • Did it take time to adjust, or did you notice the improvement right away?
  • Which sleep position do you use it for (side, back, stomach)?
  • Any particular brand or model you’d recommend — or avoid?
