Before you start posting, we highly recommend creating a sleep profile first. This involves taking a short quiz, which will be used to generate a score and provide you with recommendations on ways to improve your sleep.

How to create a sleep profile:

  2. Take the quiz to generate your score and see how it compares to the Sleep Foundation community
  3. View recommendations on how to improve your score through education and sleep supporting products
  4. Every Monday you will a receive a new recommendation based on your quiz answers
  5. View weekly emails on how to further improve your sleep
  6. Share best practices and learnings along your sleep improvement journey with the community
