Lucid dreams De Ja Vue

Hi there, I’m new to this group. My question is… was it de ja vue?

I had a dream last night that I was in Crawley! :woman_facepalming:

I have never been to this place and I live in Scotland, miles away!! Anyway, there was a shopping centre full of exciting places to eat drink and visit. Near to the train station I MUST SAY, having woke up this dream has played on my mind all day. Anyway, just 10mins ago I google mapped Crawley and sure enough there’s a disused shopping centre beside the train station!!! I’m like WTF!

I sleep with a copper memory foam pillow! Just in case this has anything to do with dream sleep! :joy:

Hello I have nightmares that I fight ,fall out of bed ,talk, just up to help save someone and pulled my gun once. I wear a CPAP. What can I do. I am afraid I will hurt self or someone. These dreams have gotten worse in the last 6-7 years.
