so i bought this nectar mattress, and it’s not cutting it for me. now i gotta deal with their return process. do i really gotta donate this thing? anyone been through this mess?
I don’t know about Nectar, but a lot of these companies require you to donate your old mattress before you get a refund. But so many of the charities around me don’t accept used mattresses, so it’s seriously unfair. I went through this with Tuft & Needle and their customer service team was pretty good.

Logan here from SleepFoundation.org. Sorry you’re not happy with your Nectar! Nectar’s return policy requires customers to try the mattress for at least 30 days before initiating a return. If dissatisfied, customers can contact Nectar’s support team to arrange a return and receive a full refund. Nectar facilitates mattress donation through local charities but does not mandate donation.
