I’m new to the Sleep Foundation community and wanted to introduce myself. I’ve recently been focusing more on improving my sleep quality and learning about healthier sleep habits, so I’m excited to join a community centered around sleep health and wellness.
I’ve been reading more about topics like insomnia, sleep routines, recovery, sleep apnea, and how daily habits can affect overall rest and energy levels. It’s interesting how much sleep impacts focus, mood, productivity, and overall health.
