Pregnancy Body Pillows for Back Pain Relief — Experiences?

I’m currently pregnant and dealing with increasing back pain at night, especially while trying to sleep on my side. I’ve been reading about this pregnancy body pillows and how they’re supposed to help with spinal alignment, hip support, and overall comfort but I’d love to hear real experiences from this community.

  • Did a pregnancy body pillow actually help reduce your back pain?

  • Which type worked best for you (U-shaped, C-shaped, straight body pillow, etc.)?

  • Did it take time to adjust, or did you feel relief right away?

  • Any downsides like overheating or taking up too much bed space?
