Sleep paralysis and lucid dreaming

Continuing the discussion from Sleep paralysis and hallucinatiions - formal diagnosis, what now?:

Hi I’m new to the sleep community. I have had lucid dreaming and slepp paralysis episodes for my whole life. First of which I don’t know how to categorize it even because due to the fact we moved from that house when I was 6 weeks old ( as my mother reported) and never took any p8ctureez there I’m not sure what it was but I can draw you a picture of EXACTLY what that room looked like from where I slept in in like the roof line ,where the windows were located in the room ,what was see outside the windows, where the stairs were . Etc.then numerous others throughput my life next one was terrifying . When I was about 3 or so I dreamt of my great grandmother chasing me through the fields on her farm. With wild hair sticking out all over her head and screaming at me waving a Bible over her head . I kept falling in wholes in the field and was scared for her to catch up to me. Then when I was 7 or so again on my great grandmas farm

thank you for sharing your experiences.

our brains /minds are so powerful at story telling and retaining specific information. or alerting us to danger before we know we need to be careful.
