I’m quite puzzled by my Garmin watch’s sleep score which is consistently low (48 -54 range), and I wonder if anyone has experience with this. It wouldn’t be such a big deal to me if I wasn’t so tired &/or sleepy by mid day.
I have no difficulty falling asleep and I typically sleep from 9:30 to 5:30 getting 7-8 hours sleep. I rarely wake during those hours except to use the bathroom once. My body battery hardly gets charged which explains the fatigue I feel during the day.
Any thoughts about my conundrum?
