Temperature in room while sleeping

What is the most optimal temperature your room should be when you sleep?

I like to keep things pretty cool, maybe like 60 degrees. That way it feels more comfortable when I’m snuggling underneath my comforter.

Personally, I keep my heater on all night at around 72 during the winter. I’ve never understood the whole ‘sleeping cool’ thing, I like to be warm and cozy!

Hi sleepykels, that’s a great question! The general scientific consensus is that the optimal temperature for sleep is between 65-68°F, but this can definitely vary person to person. You know yourself best, so my advice would be to start there and then dial in the temperature that works best for you!
