Why is it that sometimes the second I lie down to sleep panic and anxiety attacks start.
I have to sit up and start pacing the room. The second I stand up I feel better.
Have monitored my o2 levells and HR both seem to be ok.
Sorry you’ve felt anxiiety when you go to sleep. I found this book very helpful and hope you will too: The Sleep Book by Dr. Guy Meadows. He talks about ways to deal with these unpleasant feelings and thoughts. All the best.
