Choice of Lighting to avoid Melatonin Suppression

I would appreciate if you could tell me which one of the following is best for avoiding melatonin suppression after sunset :

1. Low wattage (or dimmed) INCANDESCENT light bulbs. I can still source them where I live.

2. Cheap Low wattage LED bulbs encased in a RED plastic bulb and therefore emitting red light. These are available as decorative lights and are typically 2 watts or 5 watts. Placing 3 or 4 of them in a room is enough to safely move around but do they really effectively prevent melatonin suppression ?

3. I know that some companies offer expensive Red Led Bulbs which claim 100% removal of blue light, but are they really proven to be better than the above two approaches ?

Many thanks for your help.
