I am very glad to find this community ! Sleep is one third of our lives and I am really interested in optimizing it.
Recently, I read a review of 20 randomized controlled trials about Lavender essential oil, which was associated with improved sleep quality (1).
So, I tried it and it worked.
However, after using it several weeks in a row, I see that I am tired of the same essence every night and I would like to use lavender oil not exclusively but in rotation with 2-3 other essential oils.
What essential oils do you use ?
