Help me to sleep, review this condition 😭

If i got off from my sleep i cant sleep again.:sob:
During texting this message, i feel it already happerned before. Now come to the point, today nearly 2:50 iam awaken from bed, because of mixed bad dreams😭. I cant sleep again, any experts please help me😭

If you find yourself in bed awake for a long time. Try getting up and doing a calming activity such as reading a book or meditating for 20 minutes or so. If you’re hungry, eat a light snack, just make sure it doesn’t have a bunch of sugar. You may also try doing some breathing exercises to help you sleep.
