Im 44 and just got a new watch that can track sleep. My questions are:
-
SLEEPING heartrate is 102. Cause for concerns?
-
SLEEPING HRV is 22. Should be between 40-60, from what ive read.
-
O2 level is 91.
-
Body temperature is 88.
My normal heartrate is 120-150. Im 44, 5’4", 132 lbs. Clinically i have high blood pressure, usually 145/110, but along with my heartrate, has been the norm for 20+ years.
Any insight would be appreciated!
I just read your post .. sounds to me you have sleep Apena .. you should get tested to rule that out .. with the low oxygen and your heart rate .. you don’t have to be over weight to have it
Also it can cause high blood too
The first thing you need to do is fix your high BP.
In my case I was told to take 2 tablets a day once in the morning and once at night.
Next Get your O2 levells up.
If you smoke. It could be that your lungs are tared up and not working. If not its sleep apena. First thing you should try is to sleep sitting up on a sofa or with extra pillows.
Ps: before anything else. calibrate your smart watch. some of these watches give total bs numbers.
