Is BiPap appropriate for collapsed trachea?

I have several areas in my trachea and bronchial tube’s that are severely collapsed. Two tracheobronchoplasties later, I still have this condition.

I used to have sleep apnea, but the last time I was tested, I no longer have it because I lost weight. My doctors (and many internet articles) suggest using a CPAP machine for sleeping. Sometimes, I also use my old machine while awake.

My question is would a BiPap machine be better since I can inhale easily, but exhaling is difficult.

Another thing that upsets me is that my condition does not cover either machine under Medicare. This is a very serious condition and I just don’t understand!
