Greetings from Ithaca, NY,
No matter your time-zone/location, thanks for reading me in stopping by the page and participating.
This is my – very – first post on the forum, thus a bit unsure as to a great deal of how to do this, and remain aware of the medium/community type; but to my question:
Not long ago to say the least, I was discussing my newly results for sleep apnea with a provider (which turned out were mild, not even moderate or severe for that matter) and, as it wouldn’t surprise me, this is consequently the cause of many REM sleep-related issues.
What, however, makes mild different from other forms of OSA? Is it possible mild is enough to explain the causes of disturbances, along the lines of an otherwise standard apnea (whatever the case may be)? Given the form, what would you (experts vs. amateurs) suggest would be the soonest bet for CPAP to work, as a treatment option?
Again, I’m very aware of the purposes of these forums, what they cover, what isn’t substitute info, where to find it, etc. – that being said, looking forward to hearing your experience(s).
