I have been regularly (but not every night) having a dream in which the same general incident happens but it’s not a recurring dream in the normal sense.
Basically the incident is that a building in which I worked (for 10 years but not since 6 years ago) ‘collapses’. It’s not an earthquake or terrorist attack, more due to structural instability, and in the dreams I’m either inside the building when it collapses, or helping people to escape/do a roll call of those who have been evacuated, or investigating why it collapsed.
There have been two dreams where I’m inside the building when it collapses but in different parts.
It’s not a nightmare as such; it’s not frightening, but I’ve never experienced this before. It’s not every single night, but it’s happened at least six times now in the last couple of weeks.
Has anyone got any insight?
