Restless Leg Syndrome

Does anyone have any suggestions for dealing with Restless Syndrome which makes it harder to get to sleep and wakes me up during the night? Thanks.

Here are things that have helped a lot of people. Im not a doctor and am looking for answers myself.

  1. Salt. Mix salt and watter better if its celtic salt or pink salt.
  2. Iron supplements. RLS has been linked to low Iron levels. Taken an iron supplement and see if it helps.
  3. CBD Oil . Take CBD oil 45 min before your sleep time.
  4. Bupenorphine if you can get it. Has worked for some people and there is some good research on the subject. Read up on the studies

Try the above one by one and you may find your cure.
