I found taking 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetned) at night helps with good sleep. But it spikes up sugar level (I am pre-diabetic)
I’ve also tried to reduce the size by taking 1/4 cup. but it does not help with sugar spike.
Is there anything can i take with almond milk so it can help with sleep and not spike sugar level
Hi not all unsweetened Almond milks are the same check the ingredients and what’s actually in the milk many have added sugars , thickeners & emulsifiers , natural flavours can be a catch for a variety of ingredients and some may not be as they seem,
The one I use is Plenish this brand uses only Organic Almonds , water , & sea salt don’t buy any that has more than 3 ingredients in it your body reacts to everything you put into it so keep it as natural as possible.
