Hello, My sleep has been awful since the menopause started over 5 yrs ago. I’m waking up around 3pm every night. Recently, this has got worse & I’m waking up from 2.00pm unable to get back to sleep. I feel a wreck & it’s affecting my mood & ability to function during the day, especially at work. Trying magnesium tablets but so far I haven’t seen any improvements, I’ve been reading that acupuncture can help. Has anyone got any advice.
