Sleep time shrinking

Hello sleepy friends :face_with_bags_under_eyes:

I have always had insomnia it started around age 10 and now I am 35 still struggling. This week my new wake up time is 2-250ish am. It has shrank from waking up at 5is for awhile to 4is to 3ish to now this. My alarm is set for 615am for work and here I am once again my brain kicked fully on at 249. There is no lay on bed all I do is lay there eyes closed hoping sleep takes me again and it never does. I feel like I have done and tried everything at this point Im at a loss.

Sleep routine:

10-1030 In bed (after brushing teeth, taking medicine and cuddles with my husband before rolling over)
Waking up at 249 like im bolted awake as always.

My room is a cool 70°f, black out curtains, no clocks, cell phone flipped over so i cant see the time. Fan above and box fan pointed towards the bed from the end. My room is pitch black, covers light breathable material…this stupid expensive bed that was 5k thay vibrates you to sleep for 30mins every night,no motion transfer either.

I haven’t had caffeine in about 3 weeks. No alcohol before bed. I drink plenty of water all day and I have a pretty physical job (nursing assistant in a community hospital). I work 630am-3pm mon-fri.

I have tried every medication I feel like since this all became a real issue around 14. Rozarem, lunesta, ambien, neurontin (added with rozarem at some point i believe),seroquel, trazodone(by itself and in conjucntion with others),propanolol (night sweats/terrors),melatonin,magnesium,l-theanine,ashwaganda,otc sleep aides (diphenhydramine combinations) and currently temazepam (started 2 months ago at 15mg now on 30mg). (All through healthcare professionals)

The time keeps shrinking…what can i do?

I hear you ! Your affliction is my situation exactly. I wish I could give you some helpful advice, but I can’t. I only hope that future research will come up with a solution. I hope you can get some relief soon.
